A travel fee applies when the round-trip travel time exceeds two hours. Fees range from $25–$100, depending on the distance and total travel time.
2-Game Team Package
A cost-effective option designed to give an entire team professional coverage across two games. Each player contributes toward the package, making it an affordable way to provide the team with a large collection of professionally edited images.

Game Day Coverage Package
A smaller package designed for athletes who want professional game-day images without committing to full-team coverage. Perfect for showcasing individual athletes, testing the experience, or building a recruiting portfolio.

Season Athlete Package
Complete regular-season coverage designed for athletes who want consistent, professional photography throughout their season. Build a complete collection of game-day images while having your coverage planned in advance.

Additional Regular-Season Games
If your regular season includes more than 10 games, additional games can be added at a discounted rate when the full season schedule is provided and coverage is reserved before the first regular season game.

Playoff Coverage
Playoff games are not included in the Season Athlete Package and are booked separately.

Terms And Conditions
Delivery Time
Images are typically delivered within 2–3 days after the event. Larger packages or events may require up to 5 days for delivery.
Canceled Games & Events
If an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, the client may choose between rescheduling at no additional charge or receiving a refund. If no suitable rescheduled date is available, a refund will be provided based on the services that were not completed.
Photographer Cancellation
If Blucher Media is unable to attend a scheduled event due to an emergency or other circumstances beyond its control, the client may choose between rescheduling at no additional charge or receiving a refund.
Rescheduled Games & Events
If an event is rescheduled and Blucher Media is available on the new date, the booking will be moved to the new date at no additional charge. If Blucher Media is unavailable, the original booking will not be automatically transferred and rescheduling will be handled based on availability.
Payment & Payment Deadlines
Full payment is required before the scheduled event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Bookings are not considered confirmed until full payment has been received, and discounts will not be offered unless specifically communicated or approved by Blucher Media.
Image Usage Rights
Clients may use delivered images for personal use and social media unless otherwise agreed upon. Images may not be resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from Blucher Media.
RAW / Unedited Photos
RAW and unedited photographs are not included with any standard package. Only the final edited images selected and delivered by Blucher Media will be provided.
Schedule Changes
Schedule changes must be communicated to Blucher Media as soon as possible. Last-minute changes may result in additional fees or may not be accommodated depending on availability.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once the date, time, location, services, and payment have been agreed upon and full payment has been received. Until these requirements are completed, the requested date and time are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided when required under the cancellation, event cancellation, or photographer cancellation policies. Any applicable refund will be issued for services that were not completed.
No-Show Policy
If a client, athlete, or team does not attend a scheduled session or event without providing notice, the booking will be considered completed and the full payment will still be required.
Image Editing & Style
All images are edited in the Blucher Media editing style. Specific editing requests may be considered but are not guaranteed and may not be possible for every image.
Image Delivery & Gallery Availability
Images will be delivered through a private online gallery using an access link or code provided to the client. Galleries will remain available for 2 weeks after delivery, and clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their images before the gallery expires.
Copyright Ownership
Blucher Media retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos. Clients receive usage rights for the purposes agreed upon at booking. Clients may not resell, license, or significantly alter the images without permission.
Commercial & Marketing Use
Commercial or promotional use of images must be approved by Blucher Media before use when it goes beyond the client’s included usage rights. Blucher Media may use images from sessions and events for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Liability & Unsafe Conditions
Blucher Media reserves the right to refuse or stop coverage when conditions are considered unsafe for the photographer, equipment, clients, athletes, or others. Blucher Media is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent safe completion of the scheduled services.
